Dental Implants

Dental implants are root form metal (titanium) inserts that are placed in the bone inorder to replace a missing tooth. The material that is used,is biocompatible which is similar to the one used in joint replacement therapies.

Benefits of dental implants

1.More comfortable and secure

2.Better chewing efficiency.

3.Helps to maintain the bone

4.Do not have to trim the adjacent teeth as in case of dental bridges.

Who is a good dental implant candidate?

1.Person with good health and strong immune system is a good candidate for dental implants.

2.Good bone quality and quantity is an additional benefit.
